    ◆盤勢分析
    雖然 OPEC 與五個非 OPEC 成員或有機會達成減產協議，油價續強，但美股陷入整理，7 日台股亦因國慶小長假前，投資人減碼持股，而跌破五日線，終場加權指數收在 9265.81 點，下跌 18.5 點或 0.2%，成交額 632.36 億元。 OTC 指數收在 130.9 點，下跌 0.82 點或 0.62%，成交額 196.85 億元。





    英國硬脫歐，英鎊恐慌性殺盤、Fed 或可能提前升息，熱錢或流出亞洲市場， 7 日台股在市場氣氛低迷下，日線結束四連紅，周線則由黑翻紅，不過，9 日及 9 周 KD 值仍為黃金交叉，加上外資長線偏多操作，台股有機會維持 9200 點附近整理，接下來宜留意 9 月營收創新高，前 9 月營收正成長，低本益比個股逢低操作。
